Postage and returns
Postage is set by the seller, please contact the seller for further information.
If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you can return the item as per Long Distance Sale Policy, in original packaging within 14 days. Earrings excluded. If you are not entirely satisfied, please request a return from your account's DASHBOARD. We will not be able to process any returns if we are not properly notified as per Terms and Conditions.
All items should be sent by secure postage or courier with a tracking number or reference to cover both parties if cases of none delivery.
Generally, orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday. Bank holidays in the UK may delay postage.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
